If you were to write an intro for “All You Gotta Do Is Dance” before it played on the radio, what would you want listeners to know about the song?
I wanted to write a tune to move people to get on their feet. The storyline is about a girl that’s had a crappy week and goes out to a honky tonk to dance away her problems and stress. It’s a perfect dance tune for the honky-tonks and bars.
